Anthony Santucci, CADA Chairman
Anthony Wayne Santucci is a graduate of the Bermuda College, Hotel School, and the University of New Haven, Connecticut. He also attained a certification in food and beverage management from Cornell University, New York.
Mr. Santucci’s professional expertise has afforded him opportunities to work in Curacao, Boston, Key Biscayne and Sanibel Harbor, Florida. Mr. Santucci has also made his mark locally in the food and beverage arena. While employed at the Fairmont Southampton, he played a significant role in the Newport Room Restaurant being awarded a 5 Diamond Status, it was the first restaurant to achieve this rating in Bermuda and the Caribbean. Mr. Santucci is devoted and committed to his community. He has been the Chairman of CADA – Encouaging Responsible Behavior, since 2004 and also currently serves on the Tourism Board as Deputy Chairman. He previously served as a councilman on the Warwick Parish Council, Secretary for the Southampton Rangers Club and he has also served on the Public Service Vehicle Licensing Board. Mr. Santucci is also a former Bermuda Regiment officer, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant.
Mr. Santucci values, above all things, his family. His hobbies include reading, food and beverage management issues, political affairs and he is continually thinking of new and dynamic ways to give back to his community.
